No, we do not recommend that. This sanitizer adds an added layer of protection to the protection and maintenance of your sleep therapy products. Please continue to follow the manufacturer’s directions for cleaning your specific CPAP product (machine, mask, tubing etc.) as the Paptizer does not remove additional elements such as dead skin, oil, makeup or other organic materials.

Yes. In order to achieve the best results, we do recommend that the equipment is completely dry and free of any moisture.

Yes this could be possible. To reduce and eliminate any smells, make sure the item that is being sanitized is cleared of any debris before beginning the sanitizing and cleansing process.

Place the supplied test card in the UV CPAP Cleaner. Run the device on a fast sanitize cycle. As soon as you hear the double beep from the device, open the unit and check the front of the test card. Pictures of germs and bacteria will turn purple once the sanitizing has begun. The color will fade rather quickly after UV exposure has stopped.

This card can be used up to 20 times or so for accurate testing.

Even though this UV test is optional, it is highly recommended to at least run this test before using the device for the first time in order to ensure that the device is operating correctly.
