Some orders require a prescription. By law, these orders can’t be processed and shipped until a valid prescription is provided and verified by Lofta.
- The Lofta RxExpress program is available to help you get a prescription refill if your existing prescription has expired or is not accessible.
- We can usually get your prescription refill within 24 hours.
- Please allow extra time for us to ship Rx orders. Every effort will be made to ship at the soonest possible time.
Once your order ships, you can expect to receive it within 4-7 business days with standard shipping.
Free shipping $50 and up, flat rate under $50
- Orders totaling $50 or more ship for FREE and typically arrive within 4-7 business days.
- Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of just $7.
For your convenience, Lofta provides the following expedited shipping options:
- 2-Business Day Expedited Shipping — anywhere in the Continental U.S. for $40
- Overnight Expedited Shipping — anywhere in the Continental U.S. for $60. Overnight shipping is the next business day.
- Saturday Delivery — anywhere in the Continental U.S. for $85. Orders must be placed and cleared before 1:00 PM (Pacific) on Friday.
Expedited Shipping Exclusions: Expedited shipping is not available:
- To Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and some rural areas.
- To U.S. territories, Army Post Office, or Fleet Post Office.
- For some high-capacity batteries.
Delivery and shipments times are estimated, not guaranteed.
CPAP devices are medical devices that require a prescription and, therefore, a signature is required for deliveries of these orders.
A signature is also required for all orders over $500.
Orders over $500 cannot be shipped to a PO box.
Lofta endeavors to quickly resolve any issue related to lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages by working in close collaboration with the shipping company.
Lofta reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
If Lofta cancels an order after you have paid for the order, Lofta will promptly refund the paid amount.
