LOFTA REST REWARDS PROGRAM

Terms and Conditions

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below (these “Terms”), members (“Members”) of the Lofta Rest Rewards Program (the “Program”) will earn points and rewards in connection with the purchase of qualifying products, which are redeemable towards discounts off qualifying products.

 

I.               Membership

a.     Free Membership

Membership in the Program is free and optional.  You will be automatically enrolled in the Program upon completion of a purchase of a Lofta product through Lofta.  You may opt out of a Program account at any time by emailing sleep@lofta.com.

b.     Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or older, and the age of majority in your state of residence if higher than 18, and a resident of the United States (excluding United States territories and military bases) to be eligible for membership in the Program.  Membership in the Program is limited to individuals only, tied to one email address. Members are entitled to only one Member Account for the Program.  Persons under the age of 18 and the age of majority in his/her state of residence (“Minors”) must obtain their parents’ or legal guardian’s consent prior to participation in the Program.  By signing up for the Program, you agree that you are over the age of 18 and the age of majority in your state of residence.  You further agree to be bound by these Terms. 

c.     Enrollment Requirements

To enroll in the Program, you must provide your first name, last name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. 

d.     Access and Modification of Member Information

Members must keep their personal information in their Program membership account (the “Account”) up to date by amending information online at Lofta.com.  Lofta may also obtain change of address updates from other sources, such as the United States Postal Service, but is not obligated to do so.  The information you provide as a Member of the Program will be handled according to the Lofta Privacy Policy, which is available here: https://lofta.com/pages/privacy-policy.

e.     Account Cancellation

You may cancel your Account at any time by contacting Lofta at sleep@lofta.com.  Upon cancellation, any unused points and rewards accrued in the cancelled Account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed, and you will no longer be eligible for Program benefits or promotional offers.

 

II.             Earning Rewards

a.     How to Earn Rewards

                             i.     Members can earn points in the following ways (each an “Earning Activity”):

1.     Earn 25 points for signing up for an Account.

2.     Every $1.00 spent on Lofta products earns 1.5 Points, subject to the following multipliers:

a.     After spending a total of $1,000 on eligible product, points will be accrued with an additional x1.25 multiplier (i.e. 1.9 points for every $1.00 spent).

b.     After spending a total of $2,500 on eligible product, points will be accrued with an additional x1.5 multiplier (i.e. 2.25 points for every $1.00 spent).

3.     100 Points awarded on birthday linked to Account, provided that a birthdate was provided on enrollment into the program.

a.     After spending a total of $2,500, Member will receive an additional 100 birthday points.

4.     30 Points for leaving a product review.

5.     5 Points awarded for “liking” Lofta’s Facebook Page, by following the link provided at https://www.facebook.com/loftasleep/

6.     5 Points awarded for following @Lofta on Instagram by following the link provided at https://www.instagram.com/loftasleep/

7.     Successful referrals will earn 250 points.  In this context, “Successful Referral” means that the referred individual (“friend”), who has not previously completed a purchase through Lofta, completes a minimum $100 purchase through Lofta using the link you provided.  Additional details regarding friend referrals can be found at https://lofta.com/pages/refer-a-friend.

                           ii.     For all purchase-based earning methods, you must be logged into your account at the time of purchase in order for the earned points to be reflected in your account.  If you checked out as a Guest, or you believe that points are missing from your account, contact sleep@lofta.com for assistance.

                         iii.     There is no limit on the amount of points that can be earned under the Program.

b.     Gift Cards

                             i.     For the avoidance of doubt, purchases made using a gift card are eligible to accumulate points.

c.     Exclusions

                             i.     Unless denoted in writing on the product page on the Lofta website, there are no exclusions on the types of products for which rewards can be earned.

d.     Returns

                             i.     If points are used at check out on a product that is then returned, points used on that purchase will be credited back to your account.

                           ii.     If points are earned on a product that is subsequently returned, earned points will be deducted from the Account for the returned purchase.

e.     Bonus Promotions

                             i.     From time to time, Lofta may run certain bonus point promotions.  Under such promotions, Members can earn additional or “bonus points” in connection with the purchase of certain products.  When Member completes a qualifying purchase, as outlined in the bonus offer, Member will accumulate additional points.  Bonus point promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of such offer and may be offered at any time in Lofta’s sole discretion.  Bonus promotion offers cannot be combined with any other offer, unless specified in the offer’s terms and conditions. 

                           ii.     Additionally, from time to time, Lofta may offer you the chance to win various prizes, including but not limited to rewards points.  There is no purchase necessary to play or to win during such offers.  Rules and restrictions apply to such promotions and must be reviewed prior to your decision to participate in any bonus offer or promotion.

 

III.           Redeeming Rewards

a.     Redemption

                             i.     You may redeem points for discounts on products purchased through https://lofta.com/.  To redeem points on the purchase of products on the Lofta website, you must be a registered Member.  You may not use points towards the payment of sales tax or shipping and handling charges.

                           ii.     Maximum of $40 worth of rewards can be redeemed in a single transaction.

                         iii.     Points can be redeemed on the Rest Rewards page located at  https://lofta.com/pages/rest-rewards. Simply click the “redeem” button next to the “choose reward” language to have it applied to the current cart.

b.     Gift Cards

                             i.     Points cannot be applied towards the purchase of a gift card.

c.     Exclusions

                             i.     Unless denoted in writing on the product page, there are no exclusions on the types of products for which rewards can be applied.

 

IV.          Expiration of Rewards

a.     Accrued points and rewards expire automatically after one (1) year of account inactivity.  “Account Inactivity” is defined as a lack of interaction with the Account for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, including but not limited to completion of Earning Activity or redemption of points or rewards.

 

V.            Notice of Financial Incentive/Loyalty Program

a.     Participation in the Program is optional.  By participating, you affirmatively opt in to receiving the financial incentive and to joining our Program.  You have the right to withdraw from the Program at any time.  If you opt out of the Program, we will reduce the balance of any points received under the Program to zero (0).  You may submit a request to opt out of the Program at any time by emailing sleep@lofta.com.  Any personal information collected via your participation in the Program will be treated in accordance with Lofta’s Privacy Policy (available at https://lofta.com/pages/privacy-policy).

 

VI.          Dispute Resolution

a.     Disputes between you and Lofta relating to the Program or these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with Section 22 of the Lofta Terms of Use, available here.

 

VII.        General Terms

a.     By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

b.     Lofta reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio or the reward expiration policy at any time, without notice.

c.     Lofta may make changes to these Terms even if such changes may affect the Member’s ability to use rewards already accumulated.

d.     You, as the Member, are responsible for remaining knowledgeable of these Terms, so we encourage you to review them regularly for any updates.

e.     A Member’s reward balance, as reflected by Lofta’s records, shall be deemed conclusive and correct.  Lofta reserves the right to determine the amount of rewards in any Member’s Account based on its internal records related to such Members’ purchase history and Account information.

f.      In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member’s Account and Lofta’s records, Lofta’s internal records will control.

g.     Lofta assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information.

h.     Points and rewards accrued under the Program are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

i.      The sale of rewards and/or points is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of your earned rewards as well as suspension or termination of your membership in the Program, which shall be final and conclusive.

j.      Lofta may revoke any Member’s membership in the Program at any time if such Member:

                                               i.     Engages in abuse of the Program or fails to follow these Terms

                                             ii.     Violates Lofta’s general Terms of Use  

                                           iii.     Unlawfully resells Lofta products

                                            iv.     Engages in fraud, abuse of privileges or inappropriate behavior that seeks to manipulate the Program, or excessive returns

                                             v.     Engages in any activity or behavior that Lofta, in its sole discretion, deems harmful or fraudulent

k.     If a Member’s Account is terminated, the Member will lose any unused rewards and points that have not been redeemed.

l.      The Program is void where prohibited by law. 

m.   The interpretation and application of the Program’s Terms are at the sole discretion of Lofta.
