Lofta Rewards Gift Card Program
The Lofta Rewards Gift Card (LRGC) promotion allows you, the Lofta customer, to receive a percentage of an eligible purchase back in the form of a LRGC. The amount of the LRGC is calculated by applying the applicable percentage being offered under the promotion to the total amount of the order, less any charges for shipping, taxes or other miscellaneous related charges. In addition, if an order is paid for in part or full with a previously earned LRGC the amount of the LRGC used as payment will be deducted for the purpose of calculating the value of the newly earned LRGC.
The LRGC shall be issued 35-days following the delivery of the order in which the LRGC was earned. To the extent there are any returns of any items purchased on the order from which the LRGC was earned the value of the returned items shall be deducted from amount of the LRGC that will be issued to you. If a purchase is made and paid for in part or full with a previously earned LRGC the amount of the LRGC used as payment will be deducted for the purpose of calculating the value of the new LRGC. Should you waive (in writing) any return privileges you may request that your LRGC be issued prior to the end of the 35-day period. Lofta will decide in its sole discretion as to any early issuance of the LRGC.
The LRGF program cannot be combined with any other Lofta promotions.
The LRGC does not expire and can be used for one or more future purchases from Lofta. All refunds related to the return of products purchased with the LRGC will be issued back to the original LRGC. The LRGC Program is not eligible on the Lofta Complete Path, Lofta RightStart program, Lofta EasyPay Program and Lofta RxExpress Program. Lofta Best Price Guarantee
If you find the exact same product advertised by Lofta at a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, we will happily match the lower price plus give you 5% of the difference. Please note that shipping and handling fees are taken into consideration in calculating the Best Price Guarantee. For example, if the competing price includes a shipping charge, we will calculate the total price difference, including shipping.
We may also require:
- Verification of the offer
- Verification that the offer is made by another authorized dealer of the product
- Verification that the offer follows manufacturer pricing guidelines and policies
- Verification that the item is in-stock

Lofta 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee
Lofta wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee on almost everything we sell.
Please note that a select number of products we sell are not covered under this policy, which means those products cannot be returned unless they are brand new, packaged as received, unopened and unused (see below).
- Lofta will accept a return of any eligible product within 60-nights of the documented delivery date. All refunds are issued in the form of a Lofta store credit which does not expire and can be used towards future Lofta purchases.
- The following products are eligible for return under the Lofta 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee
- All CPAP devices
- Lofta Ultimate Packages
- All CPAP Complete Mask Kits
- CPAP Automated Cleaners (SoClean, VirtuClean and Sleep8)
- CPAP Batteries
- Please note ALL refunds issued under the Lofta 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee Program will be issued in the form of a LOFTA STORE CREDIT ONLY. No refunds back to the original payment source will be allowed unless the original form of payment was a Lofta Gift Card. Your Lofta store credit does not expire and can be used over multiple orders. Any refunds related to subsequent returns of products purchased with the Lofta store credit will result in a new Lofta store credit.
- While Lofta offers free shipping of products to you we DO NOT cover the cost for shipping charges associated with returns made under the Lofta 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee.
- The 60-night period commences on the date in which the third party shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, courier, etc.) documents that your order (the package) custody has transferred from them to you. Keep in mind that there are a number of scenarios in which custody can deemed to have occurred even though you do not physically have your shipment (examples may be: someone signs for your delivery on your behalf, package was delivered to you while you were traveling, package was delivered to a third party or access location pending your pick up, etc.). Once the third party shipper records the delivery as successful, whether you physically have the shipment or not, it will be deemed to be the date on which your 60-night period commences. To the extent that there is a disagreement as to the date at which the 60-night period commenced, Lofta will have sole and unilateral discretion to make such a determination. - If you wish to return an eligible product under the 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization/(RMA) from us. The return must be received by Lofta within 60-nights of the date at which your 60-night period commenced (as defined above). To the extent that your return is received after the 60-night period, your return will be denied. Should a return be denied, Lofta will notify you and ship the denied item(s) back to you. While we have a very generous return policy, we are very strict about the 60-night time period policy.
- If you wish to return an eligible product under the 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee the product being returned must be in its original packaging with all documentation, manuals, parts, components, supplies, etc. Lofta unfortunately cannot accept any returns that are not complete including original packaging. Should a return be denied Lofta, we will notify you and ship the denied item(s) back to you.
- If you wish to return an eligible product under the 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee the product being returned must be fully functional, in good working condition and must not have signs of misuse, abuse, damage, water intrusion, or neglect. Normal wear and tear over a 60-night period should be minimal. Lofta reserves the right to inspect all returned items and unilaterally make a determination as to if an item is eligible for return based on condition. Should a return be denied, Lofta will notify you and ship the denied item(s) back to you.
- To maintain the spirit of this program, the Lofta 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee cannot be used by the same customer more than once on the same product. No exceptions.
- In some instances Lofta may disqualify a product from the Lofta 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee. In such cases, this will be indicated on the product page and in these terms and conditions.
- The Lofta 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee should not be used to satisfy a temporary need for a product with the intention of returning the product after the temporary need is satisfied. Thank you in advance for helping us maintain the availability of this program.
- The Lofta 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee may sometimes be referred to in other ways such as, but not limited to, the "30-Night Risk Free Trial." In such cases, the program policies describe herein apply.
- The Lofta 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee is only eligible for orders shipped within the United States including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam and Canada. Orders shipped internationally to other countries are not eligible for return, as these sales are considered final.
Products NOT Eligible for the 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee
The following products are not eligible for return under the Lofta 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee. These products may ONLY be returned within 30-nights (time frame calculated and defined as described above for the 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee). Returned products must be brand new, unopened, unused and have never been removed from the original packaging. To the extent that there is any indication the product has been opened, used or removed from the original packaging, the item will unfortunately not be eligible for return. Lofta maintains sole discretion regarding the acceptance of an item(s) for return. Should a return be denied, Lofta will notify you and ship the denied item(s) back to you.
These products are NOT eligible for return, exchange or refund under the Lofta 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Blankets of any kind
- Pillows of any kind
- Eye masks/covers
- OstrichPillow products
- Pulse oximeters
- Scales
- Blood pressure monitors
- Solar panels
- CPAP cleaning products, fluids and wipes
- CPAP filters
- CPAP mask parts such as: cushions, headgear, and frames
- CPAP tubing, hoses, and connectors
- AirMini HumidX cartridges
- AirMini tubing and set-up packs (unless included with an AirMini package)
- CPAP device (including AirMini) accessories/supplies such as protective cases, mounts, humidification chambers, power supplies, etc.
Lofta LoftUp CPAP Upgrade Program
Lofta is committed to doing everything possible to ensure our customers always have the latest and most advanced therapy equipment. We know it is not always possible or practical to upgrade your CPAP device as often as you would like. This is why we introduced the LoftUp CPAP Upgrade Program: to make the latest sleep therapy technology accessible to our clients.
How the LoftUp CPAP Upgrade Program Works:
- Purchase any new CPAP therapy device from Lofta
- Enjoy our Lofta 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee and if you are not completely satisfied return your purchase for a 100% refund-no questions asked (please reference the Lofta 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee policies above). If you return your new device for any reason you will no longer be eligible for this The LoftUp CPAP Upgrade Program.
- After your Lofta 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee period has elapsed you will have 90-days to ship us your CPAP device. If you do not ship us your CPAP device within this period of time you will forfeit your eligibility to receive the Lofta $200 Digital Gift Card offered under the LoftUp CPAP Upgrade Program
- Once we have receive your CPAP device we will send you, within 7-days, via email your Lofta $200 Digital Gift Card, which may be used anytime in the future for anything Lofta sells. Your Lofta $200 Digital Gift Card, may be used for a single purchase or may be used for multiple purchases until it is depleted. Any refunds due from returns of purchases made with your Lofta $200 Digital Gift Card, will be credited back to the same or a new Lofta Digital Gift Card.
What you need to know:
- There are no restrictions on the condition, make or model of the CPAP device used to qualify for the LoftUp CPAP Upgrade Program. Send us what you have.
- Do NOT send us masks, tubing or hoses.
- Your trade-in should include the device, humidification components and power supply cords if at all possible.
- We do not want you to send us your trade-in device until you are 100% sure you love your NEW device. For that reason we cannot send you your Lofta $200 Digital Gift Card, until the Lofta 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee has been completed and we have received the CPAP device you are upgrading.
- If you wish to waive any remaining time on your Lofta 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee you may send us your trade-in CPAP device early. Your LoftUp Return Kit will have a section on the paperwork where you will be able to waive your continued participation in the Lofta 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee. Should you choose this option just send us your trade-in device at any time and we will issue you your Lofta $200 Digital Gift Card within 7 days of receipt.
- Once we receive your trade-in device it is not possible for us to return it to you.
- Your Lofta $200 Lofta Digital Gift Card can only be used for future purchases from Lofta and cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made prior to the issuance of the Lofta $200 Digital Gift Card.
- You will be required to complete paperwork associated with this program which must be included with your LoftUp CPAP Upgrade Program return package.
- The Lofta $200 Digital Gift Card shall be deemed adequate compensation for your trade in device and no further compensation will be considered.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of times a customer may participate in the LoftUp CPAP Upgrade Program
- Under no circumstances may the LoftUp CPAP Upgrade Program be combined with any other Lofta promotions or offers.
- Lofta will attempt to donate CPAP devices received under the LoftUp CPAP Upgrade Program to organizations equipped to re-purpose said devices so that they may be used by individuals that qualify for assistance offered by the organization.
