The AirFit F20 is designed with comfort and effectiveness in mind. It features a soft, plush headgear and a comfortable full face cushion that helps reduce leaks and improve Sleep Apnea therapy. Additionally, the magnetic clips make it easy to take the mask on and off without losing the best placement if you have to get up during the night, adding further convenience.

The AirFit F20 Full CPAP Mask is available in four sizes (small, small “for her”, medium which is included in this kit, and large), so it is important to consult with either your doctor or a Sleep Champion at Lofta to help determine the best size for you.

It is important to clean your CPAP Mask regularly to maintain proper hygiene and extend the lifespan of the mask, as well as ensuring optimal therapy performance. You can clean the mask cushion and frame with mild soap and water and allow to air dry after out of direct sunlight. Replace the headgear and cushion as needed, depending on wear and tear.

To use the F20 mask with the popular AirMini CPAP, the F20 Set-Up Pack is required or if you are currently using the AirMini with a different style mask, then you will only need the AirFit F20 Mask Connector. For any clarification please call a Lofta Product Champion at 800-698-8000.

To ensure that you find the right mask for you, we offer a 60-night return option for all complete CPAP mask systems (cushions, frames, and headgear bought separately are excluded). If the mask is not a perfect fit for you, simply contact Lofta within 60 days and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Once we have received your returned mask, we will then issue a Lofta Store Credit. You will be responsible for return shipping through a shipper of your choice. We do ask that you please return the mask in its original packaging or ziplock bag to prevent any further contamination. Expedited shipping costs are not eligible for refund. It is important to clean your mask interface, tubing and water chamber frequently to eliminate bacteria and germs that can lead to respiratory infections and other complications. While automated cleaning systems can be great for everyday cleaning, you still should regularly clean your mask, tubing and water chamber with a CPAP safe clinical grade disinfectant. How frequently you clean your CPAP supplies is a personal choice, but the importance of doing so regularly should not be underestimated. We suggest daily if possible.

Mask leaks should not be ignored as any type of leak can compromise your ability to maintain positive pressure, which is an important aspect of Sleep Apnea therapy efficacy. Often, mask leaks occur due to an incorrect fit, worn out mask cushions and parts, or a less than ideal mask style of choice. If you are having any difficulties, please contact us on 800-698-8000.

It is imperative to replace your mask cushion often to ensure optimal therapy results, even when it visibly may not appear to require replacement. Lofta suggests replacing your CPAP mask pillow or cushion every 30-days as a best practice. Many of our clients replace their entire mask and start fresh once or twice a year. Not only does this help with optimal sleep therapy performance, it also helps promote proper hygiene during therapy as things like bacteria buildup may even cause unwanted infections.

CPAP mask headgear and chin straps may become stretched and lose their elasticity over time and daily use, leading to over-tightening and discomfort. They can also trap bacteria from sweat and moisture. Lofta recommends that your headgear should be replaced every 6 months. Yes. You should remember that every mask has slightly different characteristics. For example, if you're using a ResMed device, you'll need to change the CPAP mask setting on the user menu when you switch masks. Always refer to the mask/devices compatibility test when changing mask settings on your device to ensure optimal therapy results.

In most cases, yes, but if you're using a non-ResMed APAP or bilevel device, you may want to check with the manufacturer to ensure it doesn’t compromise your Sleep Apnea therapy. The technical specifications of the mask are provided for your clinician or for Lofta to check that they are compatible with a CPAP or bilevel device.
