Use your dress shirt or T-shirt size to quickly find out your approximate neck size:

| Small | 15.5-16" |
| Medium | 16.5-17" |
| Large | 17-17.5" |
| XL | 18-18.5" |
| 2XL | 18.5-19" |
| 3XL | 19.5-20" |
| 4XL + | 20.5+" |
