Our in-house respiratory therapists unanimously voted for the AirFit™ P10 by ResMed as the best CPAP mask for side sleepers. The P10 is the most minimal mask style on the market. Fewer components means fewer mask leaks, thinner headgear, and lighter overall. This mask style takes some getting used to. But if you can be patient, the AirFit™ P10 is the way to go.
If you tend to breathe mostly through the mouth, nasal pillow styles won’t do much good. If you’d still like to give it a shot, try pairing it with a chin strap to keep the mouth closed during the night.
