The React Health G3 X is the first standard-size CPAP machine available in the U.S. engineered completely without polyurethane sound-abatement foam. Using a unique honeycomb design, it delivers dependable, quiet therapy (under 28 dBA) with no degrading materials, nothing to off-gas, and no foam particles between you and your therapeutic air — giving you clean airflow and long-term peace of mind.

Works With Any Mask

The G3 X connects to any standard 22mm CPAP mask — nasal, nasal pillow, or full face — regardless of brand, so you can keep the mask you already love or choose freely from every major manufacturer. There is no proprietary lock-in and no adapter to buy; simply plug in a standard 22mm tube and your existing mask is ready to go. The only exception is the ResMed AirMini, which uses proprietary tubing and requires a separately sold adapter.

'Smart A' Custom Pressure Response

Exclusive Smart A technology personalizes your therapy by adapting the auto algorithm over a rolling five-session window. It reviews data from your last five successful sessions (at least 4 hours with leak under 90 L/min) and automatically fine-tunes your Auto Min and Auto Max settings — so your therapy stays effective and comfortable as your needs evolve over time.

Built-In Heated Humidifier & Heated Tubing

The integrated heated humidifier offers five humidity levels plus an Auto mode that adjusts to your environment, with a pre-heat option to warm the water before bed. The included 6-foot heated tubing helps prevent rainout (condensation in your hose) and maintains an even air temperature through the night, so dry mouth and congestion become a thing of the past. The water chamber removes easily with a push-to-release mechanism for quick daily rinsing.

RESlex Exhalation Relief & Smart Comfort Features

RESlex Exhalation Relief automatically detects your breathing rhythm and lowers pressure during every exhale for a more natural feel — adjustable from level 1 (lowest) to 3 (highest), or off. An adjustable auto ramp (0–60 minutes) eases you into full therapy pressure as you fall asleep, audible leak detection alerts you after 40 seconds of excess leak, and the on-screen Usage Summary scores each session up to 100 points so you always know how your therapy is going.
